Paid License: This is a paid application. Your purchase grants you a perpetual license to use the App on your personal devices linked to your Apple ID, subject to these Terms.

All rights not expressly granted in these Terms are reserved by WillsIdea.

We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, secure, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WILLSIDEA BE LIABLE FOR ANY:
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the App shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App.
Refunds for the App are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with the App Store's refund policy. WillsIdea does not process refunds directly.

We may update the App from time to time to add features, fix bugs, or make improvements. While we strive to maintain compatibility, some updates may:
Your continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where WillsIdea is established, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the App shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Effective Date" above and, where appropriate, through in-app notifications.
Your continued use of the App after changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
As the App is distributed through the Apple App Store, you also agree to:
In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Apple's terms, Apple's terms shall prevail solely with respect to matters governed by Apple's terms.
